These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the consulting services provided by Martin Endara ("Consultant", "I", or "me") to clients ("Client" or "you"). By engaging my services, you agree to these Terms.
I offer digital transformation, digital marketing, and SaaS consulting tailored to your business goals, as agreed in the project proposal or communication.
Fees, payment methods, and timelines are detailed in the proposal or invoice. Payment is due within the agreed payment terms. Once payment has been received, clients may book their consultation immediately. Clients may reschedule their consultation by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. If a rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if a second rescheduling is requested, the consultation will be charged in full as originally scheduled.
Any materials created and delivered as part of the consulting engagement remain the property of the Consultant unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to any third parties except as required by law.
The Consultant is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms or as agreed mutually.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Argentina.
